Hi! Thanks for checking out my blog.  My name is Ryan, and I am a REALTOR® with Century 21 Affiliated in Aurora. While my office is in Aurora, I cover a wide area; from Sandwich to Naperville and from St. Charles to Plainfield.  Here is a map of my past sales.

I am a full-time REALTOR®, focusing only on my client’s and their housing needs.  In fact, my highest priority is to make sure that my client’s expectations are exceeded as they pursue their real estate goals.

I became a REALTOR® in September of 2014 and am constantly taking classes and learning better ways to assist my clients.  I was certified as a Pricing Strategy Advisor by the National Association REALTORS® , completing courses to learn the ins and outs of pricing a home using a detailed comparative market analysis, or CMA.  Sellers know they are listing and selling their home for the most accurate price, and buyers know they aren’t over paying for a home

When I’m not selling real estate (or watching real estate TV shows), I enjoying hanging around the house with my wife, daughter, and puppers, hitting up the gym, competing in races, or trying local restaurants (especially if they have a killer burger).
